Butter Bell’s

The Butter Bell is one of the oldest methods known for storing and keeping butter. The bell of lid stores the packed butter upside down. Stick and handcrafted butter works the best, Margarine won’t work because of the high oil content. After packing your bell , place enough water in the bottom of the cup to submerge the bell when placed into the cup. The water will act an air seal and keep your butter soft at room temperature. 
Do not refrigerate. 
change the water every other day to ensure freshness.
